In the role of Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll assist our OTs in implementing therapeutic activities and interventions designed to improve children’s fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living tasks. You will support children in their therapy sessions, track their progress, and contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans. Your role is crucial in delivering hands-on therapy and ensuring that children achieve their developmental milestones.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Pride Pediatric Therapy, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children. Your work will involve developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address issues such as articulation, fluency, and language development. You will collaborate with families and other professionals to support each child’s communication skills and overall development, helping them to express themselves effectively and participate fully in their daily activities.

In the Physical Therapist role, you will evaluate and treat children to improve their gross motor skills, coordination, and physical strength. You’ll design and implement therapy plans to address movement challenges, support recovery from injuries, and enhance physical function.
