Current Openings

  • As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Pride Pediatric Therapy, you will assess and treat children to develop their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. You’ll work closely with families to create customized therapy plans that support each child’s unique needs and goals. Your role involves using engaging activities and interventions to enhance a child’s ability to perform essential tasks and improve their overall quality of life.

  • In the role of Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll assist our OTs in implementing therapeutic activities and interventions designed to improve children’s fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living tasks. You will support children in their therapy sessions, track their progress, and contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans. Your role is crucial in delivering hands-on therapy and ensuring that children achieve their developmental milestones.

  • As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Pride Pediatric Therapy, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in children. Your work will involve developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address issues such as articulation, fluency, and language development. You will collaborate with families and other professionals to support each child’s communication skills and overall development, helping them to express themselves effectively and participate fully in their daily activities.

  • In the Physical Therapist role, you will evaluate and treat children to improve their gross motor skills, coordination, and physical strength. You’ll design and implement therapy plans to address movement challenges, support recovery from injuries, and enhance physical function. By utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and activities, you will help children achieve their physical goals and improve their ability to engage in everyday activities and play

What We Offer:

Required Qualifications:

  • Active/Good Standing License in the State of Maine

  • Must Pass All Required Background Checks

  • Ability to Work Independently and Efficiently

  • Medical Documentation Experience Preferred

  • Experience with the Pediatric Population Highly Preferred but Not Required

  • New OT/PT Graduates Welcome to Apply!

  • Part-Time/Full-Time Opportunities

  • Flexible Schedule Options (4-Day Work Weeks, Afternoons Only, etc.)
