Summer Programs

Our summer sessions are fun, therapeutic, and tailored to each child’s unique needs. With small group sizes and a nurturing approach, we help children make real progress in a way that feels safe and empowering.

Growing Sprouts

Growing Sprouts

Join our 6-week session, beginning June 23rd, and continuing every Tuesday at 9 am at our office in Wilton, with the last session being on July 28th! This group is for preschool aged children (3-5 years old). Total investment for this summer program is $250. Sessions run for 60-minutes and are facilitated by skilled occupational therapists.

Our Summer Sprouts Program is a thoughtfully designed preschool experience that helps prepare children (ages 3–5) for kindergarten while embracing the joy of summer! Rooted in a play-based, child-centered approach, this program nurtures the whole child—supporting cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language development in a warm, engaging environment.

$50 deposit due upon registering for the summer group. Remaining balance due by June 10th.

Food Explorers (ages 2-5) / Food Scientists (ages 6-12)

Feeding therapy group is back! Join us for another summer taking part in our 8-week specialized Feeding Therapy Program designed for children experiencing feeding and eating challenges. Led by experienced occupational therapists, our program provides a supportive, engaging environment where kids can build confidence and skills around food. Programming will begin on June 22nd, and continue every Monday by appointment only at our office in Wilton, with the last session being on August 10th! We will be running this feeding program 9am-5pm on Mondays, with each group session being 60 minutes long. Our goal is to group children of similar age, while also taking caregivers work schedules/availability into account.

We will have 7 group sessions open on Mondays for a total of 28 spots!

Whether your child is a picky eater, has oral-motor delays, sensory sensitivities, or other feeding difficulties, our goal is to make mealtimes more enjoyable and less stressful—for both kids and parents. Through play-based activities, structured routines, and individualized strategies, we work to improve:

  • Oral motor strength and coordination

  • Sensory tolerance to different textures, tastes, and smells

  • Mealtime routines and independence

  • Positive experiences with new and familiar foods

Let’s make this summer a season of growth—bite by bite!

Our Taste Buddies Group is slightly different from our other programs: The program is open to Pride Pediatric Therapy patients and the community. Current patients get first priority. To participate in this group, the patient must qualify through participating in a feeding therapy evaluation, which will be scheduled prior to the start of the group. This programming is billed through insurance and conducted at a 1:1 ratio (1 therapist per 1 child) ~ if we do not accept your insurance, cash pay is accepted at our 60-minute session rate of $120).
